Scroll Follow

Scroll Follow is a simple jQuery plugin that enables a DOM object to follow the page as the user scrolls.

Scroll Follow works just like position:fixed in CSS, except cross-browser compatibility and the possibility to specify a number of options, such as easing and killswitch.

Could be useful for adding fixed navigation bars, sticky footers or bouncy banners.

Scroll Follow has been successfully, though not extensively, tested on IE6, IE7, FF2, Safari3 Windows, and Opera 9 Windows.
