Clueless Newbie... implementing Galleria on a CMS (Elexio)

Hey there, I'm managing http://www.getvictory.net/ , and have revamped it 100% from what it was before. But it's still a work in progress. I'd love to implement Galleria on the right side of the homepage, but I'm not sure how.

We've just in this past week taken control of the CSS and Javascript (to an extent) from the CMS company (Elexio/Intellisite). Could someone explain (in layman's terms) how to implement this, or any, javascript app.?
